Primarch Jason (Turian Soldier build)
I recently decided to start doing the challenges, as before this I never really cared, and so the first I'm aiming for is the Assault Rifle challenges. Because of this, I wanted a class built specifically for using ARs. The one I stumbled upon was the Turian Soldier, and having never deployed him, I was very surprised at how effective he is. (ps the name comes from what I named him - Jason - I give all my characters normal names)
Marksman: take firing rate, headshots and accuracy/firing rate. The heart and soul of this build. I'll go into depth later
Concussive Shot: take radius, recharge speed and shredder. This is rarely going to be used, but for lighter enemies like Husks it can come in handy, same as when you're short on ammo. With a very fast recharger speed, you're able to spam the shit out of it.
Turian Veteran: take damage/stability, headshots and damage/stability. Being that this is an entirely weapon-centric build, it's pretty obvious why.
Fitness: max out your shields. Simple enough.
Weapon: apart from SRs and Pistols, anything really. If you choose a weapon that isn't full-auto, take accuracy instead of fire rate for rank 4 of Marksman. I can't remember who it was, but someone posted a photo of a Turian Soldier with Marksman active firing a Claymore into a wall. The spread was so small, it was a single dot. I'm using it for ARs, which the stability, accuracy and fire rate greatly accentuate (Marksman also makes it look fucking awesome, as it turns your bullets into tracer rounds)
Many of you will be wondering why I left out Proxy Mines. The reason is that you're going to get very little usage out of it. The whole idea of this build is to spend practically the entire match with Marksman active. As soon as you come across enemies, activate it and shoot the everloving fuck out them until they all fall down dead. It's very simplistic, but very effective
