Shocked

I experienced an electric shock at work today. It was around 120-200 volts. I'll ask when I go back. I went to the ER for it but everything, including the EKG, came back almost normal. I'm completely fine but how? Lol. I tried plugging a small fan in but it didn't work so i unplugged it and then it shocked me. I felt the current go through my arms and chest and was frozen for a good 5 seconds. It was pretty nerve wracking. Just wanted to share.
