Why can you find locked webnovel chapters on aggregator sites but no patreon locked ones?

Basically, why can you keep up to date with a novel from WN on most aggregator sites but no one posts patreon locked chapters from RR novels?

Now before you lynch me in the streets, I’m not saying you should be able to, I just find it very weird that nobody seems to have a problem pirating from WN but not from Patreon. My only guess is that Patreon has a lot more legal power than WN and can pursue site shutdowns and even litigation and WN can’t. Any thoughts?
