(Silent) Migraine or Ortho?

Hi all!

I have been dealing with this for roughly 2 weeks now and have no idea what it is. I've narrowed it down to either a prolonged semi-silent migraine or orthopedic issues with my neck (of course I could be completely wrong). I did have a proper migraine roughly two weeks ago, so I'm wondering if it still is related to that. So I thought I'd ask you guys if you've experienced this before.

Symptoms: extreme sensitivity to smell (to the point that if something smells too strong that I'd start feeling nauseous and the headache would set in), mild sensitivity to bright lights (a regular cloudy day is ok), generally fatigued, and my neck hurts - specifically the base of my skull. It gets really bad at night and whenever I move I wake up because it's so painful (hence not sure if it might just be an ortho issue). And somewhat mild headaches, but only sometimes in my typical migraine spot (right side of the brain).

I only thought to try a triptan about an hour ago but since I'm sitting indoors I'm not exposed to the triggers. So I'll see if that worked later on.

I'd love any input. Thanks guys!
