Gear Recommendation for Hiking Nepal

I will be hiking Pikey Peak trail (8 days), Nepal come November.

Looking for frequent hikers recommendation on what gear should I carry throughout my hike, so that I won't miss out on the epic view. FYI, I do have a porter but I also quite reserved in carrying to much gear while hiking.

I have a a. Samyang 14mm b. Tamron 35-150mm c. Sony 100-400mm

I have considered getting the Sony 20mm f1.8 as replacement for my Samyang for this hike.
