Anhelo, the Painter, Blood Tribute, Bloodghast

Let's say I have [[Anhelo, the Painter]], and [[Bloodghast]] (notably, Bloodghast is a vampire) on the field.

The first spell I cast this turn is [[Blood Tribute]].

Functionally, I know I could pay the kicker (taping a vampire) by tapping either Anhelo or the Bloodghast.

My question is, with casualty and the kicker for blood tribute, can I both tap the Bloodghast to satisfy the kicker AND sacrifice it for casualty?

Would [[New Blood]] which rather than a kicker, the additional cost is taping a vampire, would that also work?

My understanding is that, New Blood regardless works because the spell requires a vampire to be tapped before anything as a part of the casting cost.

I suspect that the Blood Tribute kicker can be used with the same Bloodghast as the order will be kicker---> then casualty as I get to choose the order to complete the spell.
