Is computer science worth pursuing? Or should I do something else

Hi should I pursue bsc. Computer science. I am from non science background. myquals are currently in du. There is like no placement in my college. Should I try for another exam next year or continue this degree. Which college masters should I get to earn a decent salary (90k - 1lac). Should I just prepare for some government exam? Because I have heard getting a job in computer science is really tough for non science background
