Wanted advice!!I recently joined a startup based in Pune working on single sign on in WordPress.

There teckstack is core PHP.for the first 2 month(from july ),they were giving us simple jira ticket tasks.from sep onwards we started to get to resolve customer queries.writing emails going on a screen call. I am doing very low devloper like stuff and more client query resolving type stuff.does it is same for all startups companys?I am recently passout undergrad students.
