Can a relationship between an older man and younger woman truly work out?

Removed: FAQ Age Gap

I (22F) have been dating older guys for a while. In my teen years I dated guys in the grade above me and when I turned 18, i started to date guys up to their 30s. I don’t exclusively date older men but when I do (not every single time) I find that the same thing happens in different variations. The initial meeting/talking stage they sense that im “mature for my age” and embrace me then the reality kicks in that im still working a restaurant job, in school trying to make a career, still live w my parents, and drive a car that is my moms but I pay insurance for. I’m asking this because I’m in a similar situation with a guy I absolutely adore and I’m not sure if it’ll ever work out which is heartbreaking considering how much I like him. He’s 29 almost 30 and brought these concerns to me. Honestly it was down right embarrassing and made me feel disgusted with myself even though he was being honest, extremely nice, and respectful. Is there a way a relationship like this could ever truly work? Is it possible to date an older man longer term and have it be healthy?
