Frownies alternative?

Hey, I'm looking for an alternative to frownies. I vaguely remember people said there's some 3M tape out there that's exactly the same but I couldn't find the info anymore. I'm looking for anything that does the same, craft paper that hardens I guess. My only issue with frownies is the smell. I'm autistic and that smell is a no-go. It makes me gag when I open the box. I'm fine with the typical medical scent I associate with medical tape, bandaids etc., so I assume anything would be better than frownies.

No need to recommend silicone patches, I've got a bunch of those, I like them for serum appplication but I couldn't wear them for very long because I always feel so sweaty underneath.
