Registration for concerts is stupid and unfair

Just got out on the waitlist for Olivia Rodrigo. Really gutted and also thinking about how stupid this registration thing is. It won’t stop touts, they’ll just sign up the same as anyone else. It’s so frustrating that if you don’t win a random lottery you don’t even have a chance to buy tickets. At least if you try and fail to get tickets in a regular sale you feel like you’ve tried and haven’t been shut out completely. Hope this doesn’t become a thing with all concerts
