Turnkey Property Management
First time posting here, so if I’m missing any important info please let me know and I’ll try to provide it.
I’m looking into a turnkey property management company in Florida, and while the numbers seem to make sense, just want to see if I’m overlooking anything. The cash monthly cash flow is pretty minimal, less than 100$ a month, but the company says they’re more based on appreciation value of properties over the long term. The company takes care of everything, tenant placement, maintenance etc.
For a 180k property they want 51k for 25% down and closing costs, but even at that amount the average monthly cash flow is 86$. I don’t mind the low cash flow, cause I’m not using it for supplemental income for awhile, just trying to build a portfolio for later on in life.
Just looking to see if this is standard for this type of company or not. Unfortunately I don’t have to time to do a lot of the “legwork” so I’m looking for something that’s strictly passive.
