Dishonesty

Why is Starlink charging 600$ for “ New “ hardware and send new customers used/refurbished units. It makes it seem like they are trying to pull a fast one because if you say nothing then nothing happens. I complained and the truth came out… they admitted to the unit being used , immediately sent a new unit and credited my account one months free service charge. It seems like they are purposely doing this with fingers crossed hoping customers don’t complain and when they get away with charging a customer full price for a used unit and the customer dismisses it, success a win for Elon 🤦‍♂️ .
