Walmart Pokémon 151 Preorder Update

My Pokémon 151 preorder from was supposed to be delivered today, but as of 12pm eastern the order status was still “preparing.” I got onto a chat support line and after investigating I was told that my order was severely damaged I shipping after it fell off the truck it was being loaded onto at a warehouse, so they had to replace my order and that I should expect it by the 23rd instead.

Unsure if that’s a true reason or not but if it is I at least appreciate them replacing it upfront ahead of time, just slightly frustrating to not receive it on/before release day as originally hoped (I know a 1 day delay post release is basically nothing).
