Help With Frontier Fiber Internet and Frontier Voice

Hi, we recently cancelled our Fios TV but kept our Internet and Landline. No technician came to the house to physically change anything. Is it possible to connect the ONT directly to my own router? If so, will the Landline still work? I would like to use my own mesh system because I have a lot of wireless devices in all areas of the home.
