Does your T14S Gen 3 AMD keyboard have a texture on the keys?

In July I bought a custom build T14s Gen 3 AMD, so I know it was the end of the model production before the Gen 4 AMD was released. The keys on the keyboard have a slight rough texture, and I'm finding it's slowing my typing compared to my ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6.

Do all T14s Gen 3 AMD keyboards have this slight texture on the surface of the keys? I'm wondering if this is standard or is something I can have replaced.

I don't think I've ever had a laptop with texture on the keys. This is on the surface of the keys where my fingertips touch. The excellent ThinkPad keyboards were a top factor in my purchase decision. I use the laptop keyboard as my primary keyboard.
