Report writing has always been a weak area for me, what are some resources I can use to be better?

My last role was as an incident response consultant, I'd try to write up reports with as much detail as possible, and always found my coworkers had a much clearer way to write out what happened on their tickets vs how I wrote. It came up in my yearly reviews as a ding as well and going forward im looking for ways to improve, and was curious to see if anyone else struggled with this in the past and what they used to get better at writing reports
