Has anyone used the Fanduel '$5 No Sweat SGP'?

I've now selected the "Opt in" feature for this promo on 4 different occasions and have not been reimbursed for any of them. Anyone else having this experience?

I have not placed any other bets yet my balance has gone down $20 with no credits added
