Vasculitis and Medical Marijuana? Experience?

Anyone have CNS vasculitis and use thc products? Does it make you worse? What chronic illness do you have that using THC negatively affects it. I don’t wanna have to give mine up :( I hope it’s just my anxiety. In a long 2 year diagnosis journey. Waiting to redo spinal tap and MRI with contrast this time.
