End of Terraform?

Is this the end of Terraform? Linux foundation coming up with OpenTofu and a lot of Terraform based tools joining OpenTofu.

I think terraform will be cornered by OpenTofu because of the fact that it will be open source and because it is backed by Linux foundation more software giants will be willing to contribute.

What are your thoughts?
