Thoughts on EPD Hub, is this a legitimate EPD program or has OneClick created an LCA publication mill and calling it an EPD program?

I recently came across a new EPD program called EPD Hub, which looks to be owned or at least started by OneClick. A quick browse through their published EPDs, and every EPD published through this program is 'Created with OneClick LCA'. Then all their approved verifiers are people that work at OneClick LCA. I haven't seen an EPD program that provides the software/data and consulting to help manufacturers put together their EPD, then have their staff carry out the verification. This all seems not in conformance with the independence requirements in ISO 14025. I haven't dug much deeper that this, but wondering what the community thinks.
