Wich DLCs should i choose?

Im new at sims 4, played before sims 1, 2 and Urbz on ps2 and had a great time. Now im trying to figure out wich DLCs are the most important to enjoy the game because i see on steam a ton of DLCs and buying all its crazy expensive. I find out that you cant have pets if you dont buy a DLCs for it, so that an important one to have. Wich DLCs should i look for? i Dont care about one that adds 3 new lamps and 2 rugs, something like the pets DLC, more content or gameplay. Thanks in advance!
