Will GG win TI or are they good because of the meta?

Has Quinn finally been nerfed?

Quinn before GG wasn't really performing but he was an insane mid-laner and still is. I feel these recent patches, they've not only been nerfing his heroes but The New Frontiers Patch has really de-emphasized the importance of mid-laning (still very important).

-- It's really made me wonder if GG are going to win TI or if the game has finally shifted away from what made them strong for the past 9 months.
