Does the sole height of (nike in particular but any info is appreciated) shoes differ much with shoe size?

My feet are different sizes, the bigger is size UK7 and the smaller I think would be around UK5.5 but not 100% sure as i usually just go with the UK7 with an orthotic. I’m curious as when I’m doing exercise my smaller foot tends to fall down into the shoe when I’m going on my tippy toes and such so I’d like shoes that fit both feet.
