Are there any Repercussions if we commit suicide?

Honestly my life is fucking awful (no friends, no job, no GF, never been in a relationship and I’m a victim of parental abuse) and I’m tired of fucking living. Each day I constantly think of ways to self harm myself and I feel as though my time on this earth is almost done. I just want to know is there any consequences for killing yourself and will God forgive me if I do?
