what company should I pick out of undergrad?

Hello I am a recent college grad. I have multiple job offers for different companies in their sales department or sales training program. the 3 main ones I considering are Oracle, Cintas, & E & J Gallo. I want to get into medical device sales eventually and I believe these companies would all give me a strong sales foundation. Out of the 3 I have listed what would rank them in terms of 1. Culture 2. Pay 3. employment after. If you can also recommend any other sales training programs I'd love to know. Thank you
