What is that smell??

For the past two nights around 10pm a smell wafts into Osborne village that is so rancid…it’s like the hot dog factory x10000. It comes in quick and it’s a mad dash to close all the windows before your entire place smells like rotting god knows what. This morning when I got to work the smell was lingering in St. James. Any ideas??
