Are all of these mysteries connected?

After going down the rabbit hole and binge watching the strange man, I've been left drawing lines between the mysteries in my mental corkboard.

Do any of you have crazy over-arching theories/grand conspiracies? Whether it's been posted before or even if it's just your head-canon, I'd like to hear about it.

I personally feel like there may be a connection between all the cults that we find in the game, but I don't have any evidence to support it. What are your theories? The crazier the better!
