Accitane and opipramol

Did someone take opipramol on/after Accutane? After discontinuation I developed depression, anhedonia, anxiety My symptoms are : eye floaters, emotional anhedonia, light sensitivity, heart palpitations. I have prescribed opipramol.

I wanna ask - will it cause pernamently sexual disfunction? Like PSSD?

This drug is - TLPD

I just only found this scientific research - "Previous use of finasteride or isotretinoin may also increase the risk of PSSD. These drugs can cause changes in steroid and neurosteroid receptors, and SSRIs can perpetuate these changes]"
