New Cloud Alpha owner with a question about impedance
I plugged these into a laptop and my series x controller so far. Even at 100% on both my xbox/laptop and from the inline control, it could use a bit more loudness, but that is not my issue.
Would getting an amp make these sound fuller? Or at least do a better job at handling those highs so that they dont blend in with the mids so much? All of the songs I tried to listen to that have female vocals dont sound very good...
I tried getting the dolby for headphones app and fiddled with the eq but didnt manage to get the sound I wanted out of them. If anyone has experience with eq-ing their headphones, I would like to know how to make the highs sound sparkly and by that I mean what else I have to bring down to achieve that effect.
From what I understand, my controller can only push 32/35 ohms and at this point, the cloud stingers I used to have before they died by death by wire sounded better.
Sorry and thanks if this question has been posted here for the trillionth time.
