[Serious] What Kind of underwear for men would you recomend for a guy who's struggling with underwear fetish (mainly for briefs, tighty whities, boxer-briefs and boxer shorts) to reduce triggers if going commando isn't an option?

I'm trying to reduce my overall porn addiction and fetishism and it's getting me crazy. I can't find a proper underpants without getting instantly hard and having urges 24/7.
