obscure webcomic

i'm trying to find this obscure webcomic that i read in 2020-2021. the main character wears glasses, has somewhat long hair and has a brother with cat ears that acts like one. the author had a twitter account at the time and a website for the comic. it's a very weird one too and the art style is not that good, reminds me a bit of one punch man but worse X)
