"Hello everyone! We need a SEO specialist who will perform the preparatory stage for website promotion. The subject of the website is the provision of services for the creation of websites for book authors, illustrators and editors of books, the language is English, the target audience is the USA and England. The websites will be created on the basis of the CMS of the WordPress platform. What does the preparatory stage include:
- Analysis of the competitive environment - websites that are in the top of the search results are evaluated, and those that are somewhat behind. It is necessary to identify the weaknesses of top websites, thanks to which we can bypass them.
- Strategy formation. The data obtained from the first point should become the basis for drawing up a strategic plan for SEO website promotion from scratch.
- Collection of semantics and clustering of queries. A set of keywords largely determines the direction of the project development. This is a very important point and it needs to be carefully worked out.
- Highlighting the keywords that will be placed on each page of the website: SEO title, Slug, Meta description + a list of keywords for the same page, including text headers.
- A list of keywords that will be able to promote the site "indirectly". We mean non-selling requests, and informational/ "near-ground"/auxiliary requests for the target audience. Perhaps it can also be queries to search for certain tools, reference books, and the like.
The structure of the website by pages: home, about, portfolio, I need a website for ... (in other words, the services page) - includes three categories websites for authors, websites for illustrators, websites for book editors, blog (this page will need a separate list of keywords, most likely it will be medium and low frequency keywords), contact. If you have read this far, then at the beginning of your greeting write "Hello Briscoe".
In your offer, please indicate similar completed projects, links to them. The assignment was written by me to the best of my knowledge, so your advice and recommendations for the preparatory stage are welcome. For my part, I guarantee full immersion in the project and a great working mood) Thank you in advance to everyone who responds! "
My Proposal
Hello Briscoe,
Do you have the list of competitors that you have researched or is that something you would like me to do?
Usually, I take this as a collaborative step where the client shares a few names as their competitors. From there, I use the primary business category as the baseline for my research and add a few names of my own. This combined list gives us a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape for further analysis.
From this, we can create a Topical cluster based on competitor research and other methods I use, resulting in a comprehensive topical coverage map.
I recently assisted a client using a similar strategy, and they witnessed a 1500% growth in organic traffic.
- Website A: 1500% increase in organic traffic over a span of 6 months - Link
Here are some other examples of the results my clients have achieved:
- Website B: Ranked at the top for selected keywords in just a few hours - Link
- Website C: Maintained top rankings for several keywords consistently - Link
You've already laid out the strategy wonderfully. I'm curious, after the preparatory stage, would you want someone like me to help with the execution, or are you planning to handle that part on your own?
What we need to discuss next are the timelines and logistics to bring this strategy to life. I think it might be beneficial for both of us to have a chat. This way, we can go over the details and make sure we're on the same page.
Excited about the potential of teaming up because of your promised great working mood !
Best
TLDR: Roast my proposal
Thanks for taking the time to give feedback.
