Charge inside or outside?

A question for EV owners: Do you do your charging in an attached garage, separate garage, or outside? Was it a conscious choice or one of circumstance?

A lot of people seem to park outside because the garage gets filled with stuff, others might have seen news of recalls due to batteries have problems, while others are happy to charge the car across the hallway from a bedroom.

I'm looking to install a charger and have options, just wondering what people are doing?
