Exhausted reg. T

I have asked two compounding pharmacies and they don't do it. My doctor doesn't know where I could get it. I looked on the dark web and even at the pharmacies when I went to Mexico (found various forms of T, but no DHT). Where the heck can I get a 10% DHT gel or cream? I don't even care if it is alcohol based. How does someone in the US get it? Is there an overseas prescribing doctor? Looking for suggestions.
