Displeasing Lolth

So I’m playing a cleric of Lolth this playthrough and after getting Phalar Aluve from the stone by putting blood on it, the narrator says something like “you feel a crawling sensation as if dozens of spiders are running along your spine, Lolth is warning you not to displease her again.” And now I’m kind of wondering what would happen if I did? Has anyone pissed off their deity so much something actually happens?

Do I get to be a drider?! (/j)
