Twitching of hand and feet is anxiety or something else

Last few months were very stress full for me for various reasons Last month the muscle between thumb and 1st finger started switching and after that my eye right eye started twitching. Now it's being frequent my arms my feet sometimes i think my neck twitches too. I don't feel any weakness or other symptoms. And also sometimes my figers twitch which make me very anxious.
