I have this avatar I frankensteined putting together different parts and I would honestly love for it to be remade properly.
I personally had a very poor experience with VRCTraders so I was wondering what other options are out there :)
Just to give an idea, it's an anime styled monster girl model.

Outside of VRCTraders, you don't really have a lot of options.
You got Fiverr as a more generalized commission source. It's gonna be rough finding a VRChat creator on there so you need to vet who you find more than normal as VRChat has it's own requirements compared to most other programs.
There's also finding people in game that promote themselves as avatar creators. Simply go to random avatar worlds and look for someone's discord tag. Might also run into avatar creators in random worlds. There's also a few in game groups for avatar creators.
And then there's random people, like myself, who take commissions off of this sub. It's the same with Fiverr though, VET THEM! Do so by asking to see past works either by photo/video or just meet in game to see the avatars in person. There's a lot of scammers out there and you need to do your homework on who you're gonna give money to.
With that said, you happen to have photos or references to what you're thinking of getting made? Anime monster girl can mean a vast number of things. Zombie, spider, demon, naga, centaur, harpy, and so much more. Id love to talk more details and maybe toss my hat in the ring. Haven't had a chance to do a monster girl and would like the change of pace if it's something within my skill set.
Most of what I see on Fiverr are kitbashers but that's a skill I already own. It's still an option though.
I have known a couple of people who make models but they make different things from what I like.
I definitely wouldn't mind talking more about the model with you as well, I could send you my discord in dms :) However I want to make clear I would want this model made in some months (3 to 4) as I will have the funds to pay it then. We can definitely discuss if it's something you'd be able and willing to make in the meantime!
