If a company offers 2-3 day shipping when should it arrive.

Usps package ordered on a Sunday night. Paid for 2-3 day shipping most likely isn't even arriving until Monday.

Who's fault is this? Noticed no label updates 3 days after order. Just a blank tracking number.

Is the company just holding onto the product too long? Is this normal lol?

I don't pay extra for shipping often but seems pointless if they can't even oblige to the agreed date.
