Should I be concerned about my thyroid (TSH) level?

28F, 155lb, no medication or history of any medical problems related to thyroid

Recently got routine blood work done and my TSH level came back as 2.12… the normal range for LabCorp is 0.45-4.5

I’ve been reading that there are some studies out there that think the upper boundary should be lowered to around 2… and that anyone above a 2 should be monitored by a doctor. I understand 2.12 is probably not a huge concern? But the internet has gotten the best of me.

Should I make an appointment with my OB/GYN or family doctor?
