my store is awful

i started in 2019 and then left for four years and recently got hired back and i want to quit again. first time i quit wasn't because i wanted to. i loved my store and we genuinely were all friends. my current store is a fucking nightmare. multiple call outs a day, three people on bogo days for literally 5+ hours, two people quit with no notice yesterday and now i have to work open until 4 tomorrow. its a shit show. my SM is one of the rudest most disorganized people i've ever met in my life and all of the shifts except for one are incredibly rude and often scream at baristas. i want to quit so bad. i wish i could just transfer stores because i love actually working at starbucks but the people at my store are HORRIBLE. i got an offer for another job with similar pay but it would involve me having to spend more on ubering/lyfting and i just dont know what to do. might talk to my DM about it because he seems to be a stickler for rules and partner satisfaction. we'll see!
