The cartridge in your photo is a relatively inexpensive model from Pickering, the V-15/AT-3.

A new replacement from Audio Technica might be a good match, without breaking the bank. Their model AT-VM95E is about $70.

Found a Technics SL-Q2 for $5 at a yard sale and can’t figure out what cartridge to get. We have an extra 95e which I saw recommended for this table but it doesn’t have the little metal pipe we seem to need.
