How many skills can a Martial assassin have charged at once?

I don't have time to watch a 20minute youtube or skim through to find the answer.

I haven't played d2r in a while and randomly decided to make a phoenix strike sin. Now I've come across mosaic and it sounds super fucking fun.

That said, how many charged skills can I have active at once that'll always be active while I'm in combat?
