Dealer Appreciation Post: Schicker Ford of St. Louis

Last September after seeing them recommended in a dealer thread, I ordered my Hybrid XLT from Schicker Ford. I was particularly unlucky to have covid during the short order window last year and couldn't leave the house, but they let me order over the phone/email. I was clear in what I wanted and how I wanted the transaction to go, and they followed through this past week when my truck finally arrived.

After the guy who took my order last year left the business Oscar handled my order and was easy to communicate with, we got everything sorted out before I even went in to the dealer. I didn't trade in or finance and didn't want any extras from them, which wasn't an issue at all. I just showed up, signed the paperwork, handed them the check from my bank, and left in my truck.

This was my first new vehicle purchase and after years of hearing horror stories about the dealer experience I was very happy with the experience.
