How to stop bottles & formula

My youngest is 15 months, by a year my older two were off formula but still drank milk out of the bottle. They were excited for the change. My youngest however will throw a regular milk bottle on the floor once he realizes it’s not formula. I don’t want to take away that milk nutrition from him, but I also don’t want to keep giving him formula. He eats a lot of table food as well.

Does anyone have any tips for a toddler who refuses regular milk??
