EA Customer Service Rant

I was banned last year for my EASHL name being "Scrooge Mcduck". I have disputed this, called EA customer support, messaged EA on twitter and instagram. Not a single response on why this was offensive.

Forum mods don't give any useful information on what to do, same with the EA employee that checks reddit.

I still played offline, until today. NHL 24 will not even let me play offline. I can't get a refund since the game is downloaded.

I am so annoyed and mad for paying for the x factor edition and I can't even play.

Anyone have any other ideas?
