Strange feeling in neck/chest

30M. It's hard to describe but time to time I feel some kind of sudden pressure in my neck and chest and I feel the urge to inhale. First I thought it is heart related but now I feel like it has something to do with the trachea, maybe some kind of contraction. It is not painful but a bit unpleasant and it comes more frequently when I'm laying and have my head tilted forward (looking at phone in bed for example). It is sudden and lasts just half a second or less. What symptom is this? What could be the cause and what examination should I do? I don't smoke and I haven't noticed other symptoms.
