My PC completely shut off while gaming

PC specs: B460 Aorus Pro WiFi 16GB DDR4 RAM RTX 3070 Ryzen 5 5600X NZXT C650 Gold PSU

Just for the hell of it, I turned the RT settings up on Cyberpunk 2077 to see what it looked like (not like I could actually run it well like that, I just wanted to see what I was missing out on before turning the settings back down). About 5 or so seconds after doing so and looking around in game, my whole PC just shut off. Now, I assume this is a PSU issue, but I’m pretty sure my PSU wattage should be enough for my components so I’m not 100% sure.

Is it possible my motherboard is the issue, somehow? Like, can bad/overheating VRMs do this? I want to know what component(s) are the issue before I go replacing things.
