Gaming Build - $2000-$3000 - Near Microcenter (Cincinnati)
Hey, all! After 10 years, my previous build has bit the dust and I need to build anew. I'd like to build a gaming PC that can tackle just about anything, and I think my budget will allow for it (I could go over $3k, but I don't really *want* to). I do not need any peripherals except for a new monitor to handle the upgraded graphics. It's been a decade since I've built anything, and while the last PC has Windows, I'm not sure if I can just reuse that key or if I need to purchase a new one... I guess it might be worth mentioning that I've never built a water-cooled PC, either. As per the title, I'm located in Cincinnati and Microcenter is a 15 minute drive. I would prefer to make most of the component purchases there, but I'm willing to order from online retailers if it saves a lot of money or if a superior product is unavailable in-store. I do hope this covers everything. Appreciate you all!
