Park Avenue 3.8 similar to Impala 3.8/LeSabre 3.8?

Hello, after somebody crashed my 03 Tahoe, I decided to look for a 3.8L.

I came across a 2000 Park Avenue with 130k miles. Needless to say, it needs a lot of repairs.

Impala 3.8 and LeSabre 3.8 Car parts & YouTube videos are everywhere

I just wonder if 2000 Park Avenue share most parts with 00-06 Impala and LeSabre? Engine should be identical, how about other structures?
